Return
The customer has the right to return or exchange an item purchased via the online store within 14 days. Only unused items are eligible for the 14-day return.
We do not accept items that have been modified, engraved on, or custom-made.
Free returns inside Estonia.
International orders – return shipping charges are paid by the customer, except when the reason for the return is that the item sent is not as described (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Returning the item
The item can be sent back the same way it was received or returned to the GOLDSMITH jewelry store, located on the first floor of the Ülemiste shopping center at Suur-Sõjamäe tee 4, in Tallinn, Estonia.
Please, use logistics or postal services that provide a tracking number for the parcel.
The item must be returned in good condition, with original packaging, certificate, and other accessories intact.
Do not forget to enclose a completed exchange form.
The returned item must be put in a separate package for safe shipment. If mail stickers are placed on the branded box, the item will be considered worn, which makes it ineligible for return and exchange.
Refunds are issued as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after the confirmation of the return of the item.If your order was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued to the gift card, which can be reused for future purchases.
