Returning the item<\/span><\/h3>\n

The item can be sent back the same way it was received or returned to the GOLDSMITH jewelry store, located on the first floor of the \u00dclemiste shopping center at Suur-S\u00f5jam\u00e4e tee 4, in Tallinn, Estonia.
\nPlease, use logistics or postal services that provide a tracking number for the parcel.
\nThe item must be returned in good condition, with original packaging, certificate, and other accessories intact.
\nDo not forget to enclose a completed exchange form.
\nThe returned item must be put in a separate package for safe shipment.\u00a0 If mail stickers are placed on the branded box, the item will be considered worn, which makes it ineligible for return and exchange.<\/p>\n

Refunds are issued as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after the confirmation of the return of the item.If your order was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued to the gift card, which can be reused for future purchases.<\/p>\n
